Piper on 1st John.
During the summer of 2006, I listened to a series of sermons that John Piper preached on the book of 1st John. I downloaded them as they were released through the Desiring God podcast.
What I thought would be some interesting and reasonably entertaining messages to review during a cross-country drive turned out to be something much more intense:
Conviction.
I was challenged to live out my faith more by those messages than any other series I can remember - but - during the podcast’s normal rotation, it was removed from iTunes and I couldn’t find it anywhere… until today.
In their resource library, I found the entire series! It’s available to download for free (so there’s no excuse for not listening).
