I’m at home still trying to process all that I was taught today.

Tim Hughes, Al Gordon, Brenton Brown and JD Walt all taught and led worship at Riverside Community Church today. In case you aren’t familiar with it, here is the description from their website:

worshipcentral is a school of worship that trains and equips worship leaders, musicians and worshippers.

We are passionate about the worship-life of the local church: our vision is that worshipcentral will be a place where, together, we encounter God, equip the worshipper and see our churches empowered to worship in spirit and in truth.

They unpacked Biblical worship, songwriting and theology so thoroughly that it’s going to take a few days to fully grasp it… but you can expect some of my 12 pages worth of notes to make their way here in future blog posts.

All in all, it was an incredible and refreshing day of worship with a lot of practical application and intense calls to holiness and living above reproach. Much to digest. More to come soon… I promise.
